The Bahrain Noor El Ain festival (BNEA) is set to redefine Bahrain’s shopping experience. Launching on December 15, 2014 until February 16, 2015, the shopping festival, which is the first of its kind in Bahrain, will see the inclusion of malls, retailers and shoppers participating in outstanding deals, promotions, and festivities.
The dynamic BNEA shopping festival has seen the participation of over 20 malls which encompasses the registrations of over 1500 retailers inside and outside malls offering promotions, sales and special offers to shoppers. The excitement continues, as with every BD 10 spent shoppers become eligible to participate in the weekly mega raffle offering amazing prizes such as cars, iPads, iPhones, Samsung phones, televisions, F1 tickets, Gulf Air tickets and Go Pro cameras in addition to vouchers and a grand prize to be revealed on Feb. 20th. The convenience of the raffle also allows any purchasers at registered retailers, both inside malls and outside, to redeem a raffle ticket for each BD10 spent, at any appointed BNEA raffle kiosks within participating malls.
According to a spokesperson for Bahrain Gas, one of the first prominent participating retailers to register with BNEA, “It is an absolute pleasure to join the Bahrain Noor El Ain festival. As part of our participation we are excited to be offering promotions such as our home appliance year end sale and free gas safety check to our first 200 callers, which coincides with the festival’s duration from December 15, 2014 to February 16, 2015.”
The interactive shopping festival will also feature a digital element, which involves social media participation. An online hashtag #BahrainPrizes will have users share their shopping wish list to engage the shopping festival in the digital forum. Participants are also encouraged to keep an eye on the official Bahrain Noor El Ain website, social media channels and smart phone app for news of updates, rolling promotions, sales and special deals.
Esmahan Bokhowa, representative for Saar Mall, one of BNEA’s participants said, “We at Saar Mall are thrilled to join in the Bahrain Noor El Ain festival. We look forward to bringing Saar Mall’s exciting variety to all partaking in this nation-wide initiative.”
