Manama,  (BNA) — In the context of its participation for the third time in a row in the 14th International Architecture Exhibition held in Italian city of Venice, the Ministry of Culture has issued a book titled (Selections of Arab architectural development 1914 – 2014). 

The book previews important research material on architecture development in Arab countries. 

The book content highlights the architectural developments in the Arab region during the past 100 years and their relationship to the architectural culture of the countries had previously colonized the Arab region.

The book presents seven various researches and articles that provide a historical overview of the Arab region’s urbanization development in line with the region’s geographical structure, including Iraq, Arabian Peninsula, Egypt, the Levant, North Africa and other Arab countries in Africa.
