BCCI to explore economic and investment opportunities with Kazakhstan

Manama,  (BNA) – Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Moayyad, participates in Bahrain’s economic and trade delegation accompanying HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in his visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan to discuss ways and mechanisms to develop economic and investment relations between the two countries.

BCCI’s Chairman hailed Bahrain’s leadership to engage BCCI in economic and trade activities to strengthen relations with other countries.

He highlighted supporting political and economic relations between Bahrain and Kazakhstan to diversify Bahrain’s resources to support national development plans and programs.

He emphasized that HM the King’s visit will provide the private sector with further opportunities to play its role in promoting national development and will broaden cooperation with States of high productivity and competitiveness.

He said HM the King’s visit comes as part of a series of official visits aimed at strengthening Bahrain’s relations with Asian countries and benefiting from their successes in developing resources in all sectors, adding Kazakhstan has enormous investment opportunities that Bahrain can benefit from to contribute to the development of the national economic experience.

He noted BCCI will signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and will also sign an agreement to establish a joint business council to activate mechanisms of economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
