Manama,  (BNA) — Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) reaffirmed its commitment to value-added customer services by conducting technical workshops for its clients on best practices to maximise results from Alba products.

Alba’s Metallurgy, Laboratory & Customer Technical Support Department held one-day workshops on billets and its extrusion process for customers in Malaysia and Philippines in the month of February.

The workshop – held in co-ordination with Alba’s Asia & Pacific Marketing team – focussed on the requirements of alloys and billets to facilitate superior extrusion performance at the customers’ own location.

Alba’s Senior Manager for Customer Technical Support, Abdulla Habib Ahmed Ali said:
“These technical workshops have met with tremendous success and enhanced Alba’s relationship with its customers as they are now better informed on best practices to maximise results from Alba’s products at their own location.”

Alba will conduct similar workshops and value-added services in the future for its customers in various regions.
