Japan is looking forward to HRH Premier’s visit, says Ambassador

Manama, Feb. 2. (BNA) – Head of HRH Premier’s Court Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa received here today the Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Shigeki Sumi. They discussed ways of bolstering bilateral relations, as well as the results of the Japanese Premier Shinzo Abe’s recent visit to the kingdom regarding the activation of the memoranda


Manama, Feb. 2. (BNA) – Head of HRH Premier’s Court Shaikh Hussam bin Isa Al Khalifa received here today the Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Shigeki Sumi.

They discussed ways of bolstering bilateral relations, as well as the results of the Japanese Premier Shinzo Abe’s recent visit to the kingdom regarding the activation of the memoranda of understanding and agreements signed between the two friendly countries in the economic and trade fields.

Shaikh Hussam praised the advanced level of the Bahraini-Japanese ties, growing steadily in all fields thanks to their leaderships’ constant desire to develop them and open up new cooperation horizons.

Ambassador Shigeki Sumi voiced his country’s support to the kingdom’s efforts to safeguard its security and stability, lauding the outstanding friendly ties bonding the two countries.

He added that Japan is looking forward to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa’s visit in order to bolster joint cooperation further for the common interests of two friendly nations.
